Shipping
We dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your city. Remote areas may take a day or two longer — we'll always keep you posted.
- Order tracking: you'll receive tracking details via SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel ships.
- Delivery charges: a flat rate applies per order — and shipping is complimentary on orders over PKR 5,000.
- Cash on Delivery: available nationwide. Pay in cash to the courier at your doorstep.
Exchanges & returns
Changed your mind? No stress. We offer a 30-day exchange promise from the date of delivery (or purchase, for outlet buys).
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Fragrances and intimate wear cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or incorrect.
- Sale items may be exchanged for a different size where stock allows.
- To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — and cover all return shipping ourselves.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days: COD orders are refunded via bank transfer, and card payments are reversed to the original card.
